Your privacy, in plain English
Mojo is an early prototype. Here's what that means for your data.
What we keep
Your email (so you can sign back in), whether you're under or over 18, and the conversations you have with Mojo — including the directions, pathways, and plans it builds with you. We keep these so you can pick up where you left off. We don't ask for your name or date of birth.
Your conversations are yours
What you tell Mojo is private to your account. If a parent is paying, they don't get to read your chats. Explore freely.
How Mojo works under the hood
Mojo uses an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to have the conversation, and sometimes searches a small set of trusted careers websites to give you up-to-date information. We don't use your conversations to advertise to you, and there are no third-party trackers.
Deleting everything
You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the home screen (“Delete my data”). It's gone for good — we don't keep a copy.
Mojo isn't a crisis service
Mojo helps with careers — it's not a substitute for professional support. If you're struggling, these people are there to help, any time:
- Emergency: 999
- Samaritans: 116 123
- Childline: 0800 1111
